The National Park Service (NPS) will issue a Prospectus soliciting proposals for the award of up to one (1) Concession Contract for Interpretive Transportation Services within the National Mall and Memorial Parks in Washington, DC. The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract. The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR, Part 51, has determined that the existing Concessioner is not a preferred offeror for the Contract.

Any proposal, including that of the existing Concessioner, must be received by the Deputy Associate Regional Director, National Capital Region, National Park Service 1100 Ohio Dr. S.W. Washington, DC 20242 by 4:00pm EST on December 12, 2014, in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the Concession Contract.

Hard copies will be available, after November 12, 2014, upon request for a printing recovery charge. The fee is $35.00 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $30.00 if picked up in person. Persons interested in obtaining a Prospectus should mail or bring in person a check or money order made payable to the NPS (cash will not be accepted). You must include a business address (no post office box) and telephone number to receive a Federal Express package. Washington, DC 20242 or 202-619-7072 Monday through Friday during business hours of 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
