Amendment #5 to Solicitation for the Award of a Concession Contract to Provide Guided Multi-Day Lake Trips on Jackson Lake within Grand Teton National Park
The Service extends the solicitation deadline. Proposals are now due September 19, 2019.
An appeal was submitted in accordance with 36 C.F.R. Part 51.47, challenging the Regional Director's determination that no Preferred Offeror exists for CC-GRTE017-20 as described in Amendment 1 to the Prospectus, issued on April 25, 2019. A formal determination has been made that the Draft Contract is not an outfitter and guide concession contract pursuant to 36 C.F.R. §51.43, and no right of preference will apply to the award of the Draft Contract. The award will be made in accordance with the requirements of 36 C.F.R. Part 51.
Any proposal, including that of the existing concessioner, must be received by the Chief of Concessions, Intermountain Region, National Park Service, 12795 West Alameda Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80228 by 4:00 p.m. MT on September 19, 2019, in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the Concession Contract.
