Solicitation for a Concession Business Opportunity for Marina Slip Rentals, Food and Beverage Services, Retail Sales and Camping Services within Fire Island National Seashore.
The National Park Service (NPS) will issue a Prospectus soliciting proposals for the award of one Concession Contract to provide Marina Slip Rentals, Food and Beverage Services, Retail Sales and Camping Services within Fire Island National Seashore. The Prospectus and any subsequent modifications (including responses to any questions received) will be published on the NPS web site: https://concessions.nps.gov/prospectuses.htm.
The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract. The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR, Part 51, has determined that no Preferred Offeror exists and that this solicitation for commercial services is fully competitive for the respective Contract.

Hard copies will be available upon request for a printing cost recovery charge. The fee is $50.00 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $45.00 per copy if picked up in person. Persons interested in obtaining a Prospectus should mail, or bring in person, a check or money order made payable to the NPS. Cash will not be accepted. You must include a physical address (no post office box) and a telephone number to receive a Federal Express package.
