The Company will award the subcontract to the offeror that is determined capable, satisfactorily meets the requirements, and provides the lowest, reasonable price. The Companywill separately evaluate proposals in accordance with the below criteria. In order to select the winning offeror, The Company will first determine the offerors that are capable of performing the work required by the RFP and whose offer conforms to the RFP and technical requirements. The capable offeror whose proposal conforms to the RFP requirements and that has the lowest reasonable and realistic price will be selected for award.
