It is the intent of the State to solicit bids for Grounds/ Maintenance Services for the S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles in accordance with all requirements stated herein. The specifications in this solicitation cover provisions for complete and efficient grounds/maintenance services. This contract is to include all reasonable and necessary labor, supervision, equipment and supplies in order to keep the contracted areas clean and properly maintained. Awards in this solicitation will be made by individual lots. This contract term will be for one year initially with four additional one year renewable terms.
