Solicitation for Concession Contract to Provide Ferry Transportation Service At Isle Royale National Park
The National Park Service (NPS) will issue a Prospectus soliciting proposals for the award of a Concession Contract to provide Ferry Transportation Service at Isle Royale National Park on June 20, 2019. The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract. The Director has determined that a Preferred Offeror for this Draft Contract does not exist, pursuant to the terms of 36 C.F.R. Part 51.
The Service will not conduct a site visit because there are no Park facilities associated with the Draft Contract.
The Proposal Instructions contain information regarding submitting questions to the Service about this Prospectus and the Draft Contract.
Any proposal, including that of the existing concessioner, must be received by Tracy Simmons, Chief, Commercial Services and Leasing, Midwest Region, National Park Service, 601 Riverfront Drive, Omaha, Nebraska 68102 by 4:00 p.m. Central Time on September 26, 2019, in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the Concession Contract.

Hard copies will be available upon request for a printing cost recovery charge. The fee is $35.00 per copy to be delivered via express delivery or $30.00 per copy if picked up in person. Persons interested in obtaining a Prospectus should mail, or bring in person, a check or money order made payable to the NPS. (Cash or credit cards are not accepted.)
