Sole Source - EDU Internet1 and Internet2 bandwidth access and services in support of the US Navy War College
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source acquisition
with only one source, Ocean State Higher Education Economic
Development Administrative Network (OSHEAN), pursuant to the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.501(a).
The details of this requirement are provided in the attached RFQ (RFQ N00189-18-R-Z001). The redacted J and A for this requirement is also attached to this posting.
This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received within seven days after date of publication of this synopsis/solicitation will be considered by the Government.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Information received will normally be considered solely for the
purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
