Sole Source Upgrade/Repair of Cooling Turbines
This requirement is SOLE SOURCE to Honeywell International, Inc. under FAR Authority of 6.302-1, Justification:
Services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies
or services will satisfy agency requirements. Technical data is NOT available for this acquisition and market
research has not supported a set-aside.
This is for a firm fixed price contract for the repair/remanufacture of the AM32C-10D Aircraft Ground Support Air
Cycle Air Conditioner (C-10D) Cooling Turbine. The contract will be for a 5-year period (Basic and 4 One-Year
Ordering Periods) that will Upgrade the Cooling Turbine and Repair, PN 571745-2-1 to PN 571745-4-1, and repair
the Cooling Turbine PN 571745-4-1.
Upgrade of P/N 571745-2-1 (NSN: 4130-01-306-6309) to P/N 571745-4-1 (NSN: 4130-01-783-6711) NOUN:
Cooling Turbine.

Delivery Schedule is for 45 days after receipt of funded order or receipt of repairable whichever is later. All units will be shipped FOB origin within the continental United States.
Approximate issue date of solicitation is 05 August 2019 with an approximate response date due by 05 September 2019. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if received in a timely manner, must be considered. Only written, faxed, or electronic responses receive directly from the requestor are acceptable. No telephone
requests. No hard copies will be issued. All potential offerors should contact the buyer identified above for additional information and/ or communicate concerns, if any, regarding this acquisition.
