Sole Source RFQ for Pharmacy workstations for Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune.
The purposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested Contractors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the Request for Quotation and submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within the Request for Quotation close date will be considered by the Government only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The final determination whether to conduct a competitive procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Refer to Section L of attached RFQ N00183-14-T-0140-0001 for sole source justification.
