NUWC Division Newport intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole make and model basis for the following items:
CLIN 0001: Time Microwave Systems type AA-8299 Triaxial RF Cable (50OHM, 0.66 inch diameter) QUANTITY: 18,000 inches
The basis for the sole make and model is to maintain compatibility with current towed array handling systems. No substitutions allowed.
F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport: Newport, RI. Delivery is 30 days after the date of contract.
This procurement is a unrestricted under NAICS code 423610; size standard is 500 employees. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60.
