Soldier Field Complex: Management Services
Request for Proposal to manage, operate, and maintain the multi-use stadium facility known as Soldier Field and its associated parking areas (Adler Planetarium Lot, East Museum Lot, North Parking Garage, Waldron Parking Deck, and South Parking Lot). This includes (but is not limited to) maintenance and custodial services, security and crowd control, event operations, vendor management and procurement, capital planning and improvements, marketing, permitting and booking of events, staffing, and administrative services. Submitters should be firms experienced in the management and operation of publicly- or privately-owned multi-use stadiums, arenas, or similar venues with parking facilities, public spaces, and parkland, and be capable of providing services of the highest quality in a manner that equals or exceeds the highest standards of the industry.
