Solar Power Portfolio and Power Purchase Agreement

Design and construct the necessary solar and related infrastructure for the facilities the applicant has deemed most eligible, would interconnect the system with that of the local power utility (PNM) and obtain REC (Renewable Energy Credit) agreements and rates for each, and would enter into a Power Purchase Agreement with the City that would result in significant energy cost savings to the City over the term of the Agreement.
