Solar Energy Power Purchase Agreement-UMCP

A Power Purchase Agreement, will be executed between the selected Contractor and the University will enter into an agreement for the identified solar installation(s). The Contractor will be expected to provide services to the
University for these specific solar installation(s). Under this arrangement, the
Contractor designs, builds, owns, operates, and maintains the PV system(s) as well as sells the generated electricity and RECS (if applicable) to the University.
