Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) has a requirement for a causal analysis web-based enterprise application that allows real-time collaboration between multiple internal organizations while displaying updated saved data instantaneously to all personnel viewing edits in the software from any workstation within the local area network, without requiring the installation of specialized software or plug-ins on user workstations . Software must be able to be used to develop incident timelines, facilitate causal analysis, create corrective actions, provide email notifications and track all actions to completion, provide a repository of causal analysis histories which can be queried and recalled during future events to determine effectiveness of prior corrective actions and include graphical representation of causes presented during causal analysis, in a searchable format with ability to link common causes across multiple issues. Software must provide access to data and updating capability to executive management, risk coordinators and program managers with access permissions set by application administrators depending on need-to-know.
