Software for compliance assistance for planning and accreditation solution
Guilford Technical Community College seeks to obtain pricing for and procure
software for compliance assistance for planning and accreditation solution for GTCC.
Products and services will be provided in accordance to the terms and conditions of this IFB.
The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit proposals for a web-based integrated planning and
accreditation solution that can be used for GTCCs strategic planning, necessary planning
reports, assessment and/or institutional effectiveness, accreditation and accreditation reports.
Awarded vendor shall provide a commercially hosted web-based accreditation and planning
solution that supports SACS accreditation agency. Vendor will have a planning piece and an
accreditation piece that are able to interface with each other. The total solution of both pieces
must be customized to GTCC and its organizational structure. Both pieces must have a
project management piece that tracks the status of reports, approval of reports, and
submission of reports. The project management piece must also be able to send out email
reminders. Both pieces must have a document library in which electronic files can be linked
to specified reports.
