Software and Implementation Services for Land Records Management System

The City seeks proposals from qualified vendors for a Land Records
Management System (LRMS) as well as system implementation services. The scope of this request will
include, but is not limited to: an implementation project plan, implementation methodology,
communication plan, project change management plan, software customization plan, system interface
plan, data conversion plan, implementation testing plan, quality assurance plan, pre- and postimplementation
support plan, and a training plan. The proposer shall also provide project management
resources leading to the successful implementation of the system.
