The object of this RFP is to provide the client with a paperless process based on the internal documents currently in use. This is a workflow program to replace the manual process will require business programming logic, user security features, reporting etc.

This RFP will require a high level of expertise to provide the best solution for the customer. The program will have the potential to grow into additional phases. This is phase one and will help to establish the winning firm as the selected candidate for the future program expansions if satisfaction of phase one is achieved.
