Software - CRM
The University is seeking a contractor to provide a contractor hosted CRM solution of constituent relationship management (CRM) software which will manage and track all contacts and processes related to undergraduate recruitment and admissions. The ideal system will support the Universitys enrollment objectives via features which facilitate stronger relationships with prospective students from the prospect to the matriculation stage. Such features must include web-based functionality (including a student portal), database technology, and specific tools related to prospect tracking, communications flow management, recruitment management, application processing, tele-counseling, reporting, and analysis. Furthermore, the CRM system must allow for seamless integration with Banner, Release 8.2, Oracle Developer 10.1.2.3.0, Database Version 10.2.0.4.0 and must function on a variety of standard platforms and desktop systems. The University requires automated systems which enhance outreach efforts and improve personalized relationships with prospective students, parents, schools and other stakeholders.
