The County seeks proposals from qualified firms for a comprehensive solution of commercial off the shelf software and related services to develop and implement an operating and capital budget system. The county has an ancillary desire for a comprehensive solution of commercial off the shelf software and related services to develop and implement a performance management system. Proposers must provide a response that addresses both projects. However, the county may or may not implement the performance management system. The county may choose to include the performance management system as an option in the final contract.
The budget and performance management projects are part of the Accountable Business Transformation (ABT) Program. ABT seeks to standardize, streamline and integrate business processes for the financial, human resource, payroll, budget, and performance management functions.
