001 1.00 LT Software Maintenance/Support The City of Columbus, Department of Technology seeks to purchase ONE-YEAR of Alchemy Premium Support beginning 03/10/2012 thru 03/09/2013 for existing Alchemy licenses, Alchemy Gold Serial Number G001-29765-134 and Alchemy Search S-28265-273. This request is for maintenance, telephone support and upgrades only for existing licenses. The agreement shall not automatically renewal, but upon authorized appropriation and written agreement may be extended for two additional one year terms. No alternates shall be accepted. Delivery FOB destination prepaid and allowed Payment terms N/30 days
