Software Licenses and On-site Subject Matter Expert Support for the PRISM Contract Writing System for Versions 7.2 and Beyond
The contractor shall have expertise in PRISM 7.1 and 7.2 and will maintain expertise in all future software versions. The contractor shall provide expert on-site advice on configuration decisions, issue resolution, training assistance, process improvement and deployment assistance for PRISM version 7.2. The contractor shall be available on-site at ONR HQ during core hours (0930-1630 EST Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays). The contractor shall provide 65 Buyer license agreements and 10 non-buyer license agreements for PRISM software. In addition, the contractor shall provide continued maintenance and support of the delivered software application and its interfaces to ensure full performance of the system. The contractor shall also update and maintain the software with the underlying acquisition regulations including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the DoD FAR supplement (DFARS). The contractor shall support the installation of software updates in the ONR development environment and shall participate in the system testing of the application.
