Software Development Services
SCOPE AND BACKGROUND: The Office is seeking to establish
purchasing agreements with one or more companies that can provide Software Development Services
for the Case Management System.
CONTRACT PERIOD: Contracts arising from this request for proposal will be for a period of up to 24
months with an option to renew for up to two (2) one-year extensions. Anticipated start date will be
October 1, 2010.
In Scope:
Software design, including Unified Modeling Language (UML) documentation for software development.
Software development and coding.
Project management documentation, including but not limited to:
o Risk assessment and mitigation plan.
o Change management plan.
o Software design, including Unified Modeling Language (UML) documentation for software
development.
Software testing, involving both internal and external validation checks, throughout the project.
High-level, initial user training and consultation (utilizing a train-the-trainer model).
Training of system administrators for continued support of the system.
Out of Scope:
Hardware support.
Network infrastructure development.
Development of system features identified for Module 2 (Release 2) or greater in the attached BNA and
UML documentation.
