The Department is issuing an invitation for bid to establish a statewide master contract for Entrust Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) software, maintenance and customer support, and secure socket layer certificates. The resulting contract will be used as needed to maintain and enhance existing PKI IT infrastructure. The State of Illinois Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) provides authentication, encryption, and digital signature services to over twenty State Agencies, and over ten municipal entities.
