The Government has issued this RFP for the sole purpose and intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified proposers for an instructional software system to provide high quality, intensive, intervention in reading and mathematics required to meet the needs of all 70,000 K-12 students in the 132 locations of the Public Schools.
