Software
It is the intention of the entity to establish an annual contract to satisfy the needs of participating government
entities for Software-(Catalog Vendor, Volume Licensing or Software Services). This contract will
enable the agencies to purchase on an as needed basis from a competitively awarded contract with high
performance vendors. Bidders are requested to submit a proposal for offering their total line of available
products that are commonly purchased by government entities and school districts.
Awards will be made to the successful bidder(s) for each category of software that is applied for
respectively after Scoring is completed. Catalog Vendor Commodity Category and Software Services
Commodity Category have the option of Multiple Awarded Vendors receiving contracts. However,
Volume Licensing Commodity Category will be made to One Primary Vendor and possibly One
Secondary Vendor.
These awarded contracts will be rebid every 5 years (12 month contract-automatic renewal if both
parties agree).
The entity reserves the right to award to multiple vendors in the Commodity Categories of Software
Catalog Vendor and Software Services, if vendors offer items that are unique and have value to our
participating agencies.
This proposal is requested for the benefit of the attached list of members and other new members as
they execute Interlocal Agreements.
