Sod - Delivered & Installed

The City is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the purchase, delivery and/or installation of Sod (Bahia, Floritam & Bermuda). Contractor shall have a forklift available at the time of delivery. Loads may be split into multiple drop locations (same project) at no additional charge. Pallets of sod shall be received by the City in the exact quantities as bid by proposer on proposal form (page 15). Example: 400 sq. ft/pallet, 500 sq. ft./pallet and so on. The city may allow a +/- 5% variance. The city will deduct price per square foot on pallets found in dispute. Discrepancies will be found in favor of the city. Quantities listed on proposal form identify estimated annual usage for the initial contract term.
