The contractor gaining award shall provide all personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary to perform and complete all work to renovate turf that includes, but not limited to: vegetation removal, soil preparation, fine grading, irrigation system test & repair, and turf replacement by sod at the Eagle Point National Cemetery, 2763 Riley Road, Eagle Point, Oregon 97524.
