The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit for a single award, firm fixed-price service type contract for program support of the Navy Region Northwest Chaplains Religious Enrichment Development Operation (NRNW CREDO) program in support Naval Air Station Whidbey Island and Naval Station Everett. The place of performance is at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Naval Station Everett, and at various meeting and event locations within the Puget Sound area. The period of performance is upon award through one year thereafter. This requirement is intended to be negotiated on a Total Small Business or Nonprofit Organizations set-aside basis as a commercial service in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 utilizing Best Value with past performance evaluation factors.
This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 18 AUGUST 2017 with a closing date of on or before 15 September 2017. A complete statement of work will be included in the solicitation. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring this site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed.
