The County is in the process of implementing a social marketing plan to increase support of policies, environments and systems (PES) that can improve physical activity and nutrition. Working in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), the County is inviting proposals for the purpose of selecting a vendor to:
A. Develop an overarching multimedia strategy (including counter advertising) to increase
awareness of the importance of PES to prevent obesity.
B. Implement a community campaign and counter advertising strategies to increase support
and participation in local initiatives that support healthy eating and active lifestyles
among residents of the County.
