So. Africa: Procurement of Printing, Packing and Delivery of Learner Books and Educator Guides

For South Africa: The purpose of this RFQ is to invite prospective Offerors to submit quotations to print, pack, store/warehouse and provide delivery services for a total of 785,580 learner books and 14,834 educator guides for grades 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 to be delivered to schools in Gauteng, Free State, KwaZulu Natal, and Mpumalanga, Western Cape.
EDC requires the printing and packing of all learning materials to be completed by no later than September 30, 2019. The selected Offeror will store the packaged print materials starting from the time the print materials are packed until the delivery of the print materials is completed; not later than November 29, 2019. The exact and final schedule for storage and delivery of print materials will be determined with the selected Offeror. Please reference Section 4.2.3 Storage/Warehousing for further details.
