Snow and Ice Removal at the former Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Willow Grove, PA
Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision to perform snow and ice removal services at the former Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Willow Grove, PA. Also included are indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity requirements for Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping.
This solicitation will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation part 12 under the solicitation number: N40085-14-R-6878.
North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 and the size standard is $7.5 Million. This solicitation shall be set aside for 100% Small Business in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside.
The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The resulting contract will be awarded as a combined Firm Fixed Price (FFP) / Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity IDIQ) commercial item contract for a base year and four one-year option periods, for a total of five years.
The solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium only. Anticipated issue date is on or about 18 September 2014. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the internet.
