Summary: Combined Synopsis Solicitation, SP3300-19-Q-0103, is being issued to establish a Fixed-Price Requirements Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with Firm-Fixed-Price task orders for snow and ice removal services for DLA Distribution site at Norfolk, Virginia (DDNV) in accordance with the Statement of Work provided at Attachment 1.
