Snow Removal - GTCC Guilford County
GTCC is seeking a vendor to provide service for all campuses in the event of snow for the winter months, December through April.
The successful contract will provide services for snow removal to the GTCC campuses listed below.
601 High Point Road, Jamestown, NC 3505 E. Wendover Ave., Greensboro, NC
901 S. Main St., High Point, NC
When cleaning campus streets, the contractor will watch for curbs, sidewalks, gutters, cleanouts, fill spouts for tanks and other
potential structures or inserts in order to prevent unnecessary damage.
Snow fall or mixed precipitation should have ended. GTCC will determine the time when snow removal services should begin.
Snow ending late at night MAY warrant services beginning early the following morning (4:00 am to 6:00 am). Snow ending during
the morning or early afternoon WILL warrant services beginning as soon as possible within 2 hours of when the snow has stopped
falling. However, GTCC will make the final decision as to when snow removal shall begin.
