The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that snow/ice removal services are performed at the Fleming Goodwin USARC in a manner that will maintain a safe environment.
The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be 11/17/14 to 11/16/15 with four 12-month option periods. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small business concerns utilizing NAICS 561790 - Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $7.5M.
The Solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about 10/24/14 with an anticipated award date of 11/17/14.
To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered with the System for Award management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Payments for the resulting contract will be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Contractors can register for WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
