Snow & Ice Vehicle Tracking GUI
The State currently has a vehicle tracking and reporting system (i.e. COMBAT) that was used through a contract. COMBAT monitors the locations of the City's snow and ice removal vehicles and the status of various equipment sensors on the vehicles. These sensors currently monitor items such as plow position (i.e. UP or DOWN), salt spreader status (i.e. ON or OFF), etc. The application development requested herein, with map display and reporting functions, will be designed and implemented as a replacement to the COMBAT system.
