Snow/Ice Removal Services
The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement for snow and ice removal services in Keene, NH. The contractor shall provide personnel, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to ensure that snow/ice removal services are performed at the Keene United States Army Reserve Command 682 Main Street, Keene, NH 03431-4045. The basic services include removal of snow and ice from all paved areas, sidewalks, landings and entrance ramps. The contractor is to ensure walkways are free of snow accumulation, piles, or drifts by removing all snow and ice from sidewalks, landings, entrance ramps and all remaining paved surfaces as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
The anticipated contract type for this action is a Firm-Fixed-Price requirements contract with a period of performance of a base year with four one year options.
