Snow/Ice Removal Services for Curtis Bay, MD.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The U.S. Army Reserves currently has a requirement for Snow/Ice Removal Services at the Baltimore Army Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) 83, 720 E. Ordnance Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that snow/ice removal services.
The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be a twelve (12) month base with four (4) 12 month options. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small businesses utilizing NAICS 561790 (Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings). The small business size standard for this NAICS is $7,500,000.00.
This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 3 November 2014. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60.
