Snack Meals
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is the single largest investigative branch of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). ICE's mission is to protect America and uphold public safety by identifying criminal activities and eliminating vulnerabilities that pose a threat to our nation's borders.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) is looking to identify potential sources with the ability to provide snack meals in the Bakersfield, California area. This sources sought is solely for information and planning purposes to meet the agency's need. ICE is not seeking proposals and will not accept any unsolicited proposals or capability studies. Responses to this search are for information only and not considered an offer or bid.
This is not a promise for current or future work with ICE nor does it commit the Government in any way to a contract or agreement. Any cost associated with responding to this sources sought will solely be at the interested parties expense. If an interested party does not respond to it will not preclude them from participation in future requirements.
Interested parties are asked to review the attached notification and submit the following:
• Summation of the Contractor's name, POC information (name, title(s), telephone number, email address, etc.,)
• Prospective contractors' qualifications/ capabilities
If a solicitation is released, interested parties may visit the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Advanced Planning Forecast System (APFS) or Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) for information.
The Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) will not provide feedback or responses to any comments or questions resulting from this sources sought submitted.
