Project involves renovations to existing mechanical systems. Existing mechanical units will be removed
and replaced in multiple locations. New locations for units will be depicted on construction documents.
Demolition required to gain access for removal of existing units is included in the scope of work. Mechanical units will also be added to pre-condition a portion of the school's HVAC system. Miscellaneous architectural improvements will be required to replace walls and doors removed during demolition.
