SmartCode/Form-Based Code Regulations/Ordinances
The County is seeking the services of professional planning consultant(s) to assist County Planning Staff in preparing and reviewing a Form-Based Code Zoning District to be incorporated into the existing County Zoning and Land Development Regulations Ordinance that is based on the “SmartCode” template available from New Urban News Publications and to assist the County on an as needed basis to facilitate the preparation of “Development Agreement(s)”.
