Project Overview

Smart Trips is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct focus groups and several phases of a household telephone survey of St. Paul residents to measure travel behavior and attitudes related to transportation alternatives. The project takes place in several phases over the course of 18 months. The first phase (baseline survey and two focus groups) has already been completed. The remaining work is the focus of this RFP.
