This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks the services of a qualified planning/zoning and real estate development consultant or team (the “Consultant”) to develop a plan for the creation of a sustainable and vibrant transit oriented development zone around the train station. The goal is to promote sustainable mixed-use development, including the integration of mixed-income and energy efficient developments with existing uses.
