Smart Growth Study
The Consortium is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFPs) to invite eligible applicants to submit proposals to develop a plan for the creation of a sustainable and vibrant transit oriented development zone around the train station. The goal is to promote sustainable mixed-use development, including the integration of mixed-income and energy efficient developments with existing uses. Expertise in transit oriented development (TOD), economic development and sustainable practices are desired to produce a revitalization plan for the area.
