Smart Growth Design Guidelines
SANDAG is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for professional services to develop a Smart Growth Design Guidelines document for planning and designing for Smart Growth in the San Diego region. The project will be funded in part with Blueprint Planning Grant funds from Caltrans. The selected proposer will be required to comply with provisions of the grant.
