INTRODUCTION: The University takes pride in implementing the latest in instructional technologies in its classrooms. The University currently has over 240 technology enhanced classrooms and is continually working towards enhancing its classrooms technologically.
PURPOSE:The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish price contracts for Audio/Video/Presentation Technology requirements for the University. The contracts resulting from this RFP will not be limited to classrooms, nor to the basic configurations described throughout the campus.
