New business relationships start here
Smart Business Recycle
The Congaree Vista Guild along with the City of Columbia are working together to implement a business recycling program called "Smart Businesses Recycle." This program is being made possible from business outreach grant from the SCDHEC office. The City of Columbia has been awarded $10,000 towards this program.
Proposals are being solicited from advertising and marketing agencies to implement a public/ neighborhood outreach and educational campaign on recycling in the Congaree Vista as well as downtown Columbia. We plan to utilize a combination of marketing vehicles to send this message. A concentrated effort will be through print advertising, direct mail and word-of-mouth to achieve this goal in the Vista area as well as City wide.
