Small Works Contracts
The board has a requirement for a number of small works contracts over the remainder of the financial year.
These are a mix of new build, reconstruction and refurbishment projects.
They are all within the hospital building and some of them will require working in areas, or adjacent to areas in operational use by hospital staff, members of the public or patients.
It is essential that potential bidders are able to demonstrate experience of working in this type of environment, if they are not able to provide healthcare or hospital reference sites.
The projects are:-
1) Re-development of old H R Offices
2) Re-development of Transport Offices
3) Re-development of learning and Development Offices
4) Re-development of Laboratory Offices
5) Re-development of Radiology Offices
6) Development of Orthopaedic Out Patient Department
7) Reconstruction of Outpatients Department and Pharmacy Waiting Area
8) Ddevelopment of a store facility on level 1
9) Redevelopment of Theatres Bin Storage Area and Medical Physics offices.
Interested parties may express interest in all or any one or a number of these projects.
The Board may tender the projects singally or as packages of more than one project.
The Board reserves the right to add to, delete from, or make substitutions to the above list without a further call for competition.
