The department is requesting proposals to design, construct, mobilize, install, operate, maintain, monitor/inspect, demobilize and decontaminate small remediation treatments systems and treatment system trailers, install, monitor, maintain, and sample small vapor controls systems, vapor barriers, and small sub-slab ventilation systems.
