Small Package Delivery Service
The Office is seeking to establish purchasing agreements with one or more companies that can provide Small Package Delivery Service. This RFP is not for the purpose of Purchasing Mail Services as defined by USPS Private Express (PES) Federal regulations 39 CFR Part 310 and CFR Part 320. This RFP is not for First Class Mail with the exceptions of "Overnight” or “Same Day Expedited” delivery service as defined by USPS.
