Small Numerical Aperture Tracer Data Rights
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, intends to issue a sole source solicitation to Physical Optics Corporation to procure data rights on the development of the Small Numerical Aperture Tracer (SNAT) under the U.S. Army One-Way Luminescence (OWL) Program.
If you believe you are capable of supplying the abovementioned data rights, please respond to this sources sought notice, W15QKN-18-R-0043. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In addition, the Government will not pay for any information provided under this notice.
